At Auto Dialogue, we take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share the information you provide to us when using our chatbot.

1. Information we Collect:

• WhatsApp Contact: We collect your WhatsApp contact information when you first interact with our chatbot in order to provide you with our services and to communicate with you via WhatsApp.
• Country: We collect your country information to provide the payment methods and currency Flutterwave offers for your country.
• Email: This is only collected in the case when you choose to receive a receipt of your payment when generating a payment link. By default we do not need your email and if you do not wish to receive a receipt of a successful payment there'll be no need to ask for the email address
• Last 5 Messages: This is only solely to provide context to the chatbot, thus the need to store them but older messages keep getting deleted automatically. This is the most asked policy about our Chatbot and we want to be clear so you can choose whether to use our Chatbot based on this policy or not. Storage doesn't mean we view them. The system passes those conversations when new requests are being made and be rest-assured this is automatic including the deletion of older messages.

2. Use of Information:

• We use your WhatsApp contact information to communicate with you via WhatsApp and to provide you with our services, including answering your questions and accessing your user panel
• Country: We collect your country information to provide the payment methods and currency Flutterwave offers for your country.
• We do not use your information for any other purpose.

3. Sharing of information:

• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below.
• We generate secure payment links that are processed by Flutterwave, a trusted payment gateway provider. We do not receive or store your payment information such as credit card details.
• We may share your personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or the rights of others, or to prevent fraud or other illegal activities.

4. Security:

• We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention:

• We retain your WhatsApp contact information for as long as you continue to use our services. If you would like to have your details fully removed from the system please reach out via our email as the provision to delete account from within the chatbot was being abused to gain more free trial.
• We do not retain your payment information as this is handled by Flutterwave.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, we will notify you by WhatsApp via the chatbot.
