We collect WhatsApp contact and country information to enable the chatbot to provide its services to you. We do not collect or store payment information, as all payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment gateway provider.

The chatbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the chatbot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the chatbot.
6. Modifications to Terms of Use:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the chatbot after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
7. Governing Law:
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
